
TACA has partnered with the National Center for State Courts (NCSC) through a licensee agreement to offer the Institute for Court Management’s (ICM) Certified Court Manager (CCM) Program in Texas for TACA members employed in Texas District, County, and Probate Courts.
Through this partnership, multiple classes of court coordinators, managers, and administrators have earned CCM certification and now lead their courts to excellence.
TACA is proud to continue supporting the professional development of its members by offering the Court Certified Managers Program.
As with all ICM courses, class sizes are limited. TACA will accept applications for admission into the program, and acceptance is based on availability and eligibility.
Participants accepted into the program must commit to attending all six required courses, which include both in-person and virtual instruction.
The CCM Program consists of the following six ICM courses:
Project Management- Virtual
Caseflow and Workflow Management- In-Person
Workforce Management- Virtual
Budget and Fiscal Management- In Person
Accountability and Court Performance- In-Person
Purposes and Responsibilities of Courts- In-Person
All six courses must be completed to graduate from the program.
In-Person Courses:
October 11–16, 2026 (two courses)
October 2027 (two courses)
Virtual Courses:
February 2027
May 2027
Virtual courses are delivered over two consecutive weeks and consist of four afternoon sessions held on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. CST.
Participants who successfully complete all six courses will graduate from the program and be recognized at the TACA Annual Conference in 2027.
$1,800 total ($300 per course)
Travel and lodging expenses for in-person courses are not included
Acceptance into the CCM Program represents a commitment to attend all six courses and graduate with your assigned class.
