TACA Board of Directors
- The Board of Directors is composed of five members. Two members are elected on odd-numbered years and three members are elected on even-numbered years.
- The Board of Directors is responsible for providing direction and leadership to the members of the organization.
- The Board of Directors a fiduciary duty to the membership to ensure sound financial decisions are made, based on the mission of our organization, as stated in the by-laws. All decisions regarding substantive costs are made by a majority of the Board of Directors.
